Ignorant and delusional though Venom was, he was nowhere near as moronic or malicious as most of our current crop of village idiots (known as the Clown Car Posse). The source of Shawn's science "education" seems to be Kent Hovind, since he's essentially a Hovind clone, at least as far as his arguments go. Most of the early atheist/skeptic YouTubers have made Shawn and his content their bitch at one point or another, particularly Thunderf00t, dprjones, DonExodus2, and AndromedasWake. As of 2013, it was confirmed that he had landed an internship with Creation Science Evangelism (the Hovind-org), and at the present time, it's thought that he's probably tied up in either Eric or Kent's gimp closet living out his sexual fantasies at last.
