Basic Description
A term used by Steve McRae on the NonSequitur Show during a discussion involving quantum vacuum with Kyle Curtis and Kaitlyn Chloe which is now used to merely describe G Man's YouTube Channel or someone with such a bad argument it isn't even at a level to be refuted.
If you were linked here during a discussion, the referrer is basically telling you that your argument is to stupid or a PRATT and they aren't going to be wasting their precious time responding to BASE LEVEL village idiots (see G Man ).
