Typically on Wiki style pages every article has it's own 'talk' page and typically the Sandbox is reserved for testing around with 'fancy wiki markup'

On Wiki it's common to sign your contributions to Talk pages with ~~~ which signs it with your username and date/time. And the responses are indented. See for example [here]
