Basic Description
"Astevism" is the phenomenon whereby people do not believe that Steve McRae exists. Those suffering from this position usually fall victim to this due to the rather bizarre claim they they do not have any beliefs. As this "lack of all beliefs" position entails that they don't believe anything, they must also not believe that Steve exists. Thus, they are Astevists.¹
